The owners have a combined 46 years experience in the restaurant industry, specializing in Korean and Hawaiian cuisine, and a combined 60 years experience in business. After successfully opening and maintaining a restaurant in Hawaii for over 22 years, they moved to California to open Kono Grill. The cooks have a combined 25 years experience in various cuisines.
